By establishing the Municipality of Malesia//Tuz, as a Minority Local Self-government Authority for the tribal Community of Malësia, known by their generic Albanian Tribal names, in Montenegro, as the tribes of Grudë /Gruda, Hot/Hoti, Kojë/Koći, and Triesh/Zatrijebač, the requested Municipality of Malesia will enable the citizens to exercise their freedom and rights to participate in conducting the public affairs of the local Community, self-determination, and to preserve their culture, heritage, language, historical settlements and history.
